SHP developed technology interfaces with 15+ home health software vendors to reduce data collection burden to users of its outcomes and benchmarking services;

SHP helps 1200 Medicare-certified home health agencies, large and small, nationwide, to audit documentation for clinical accuracy and appropriate reimbursement;

SHP helped Honeywell HomMed, a telehealth organization, demonstrate the value of its monitors in reducing hospitalizations of chronically ill patients.  SHP data was instrumental in helping the company grow, and it was eventually acquired by Honeywell, International;

SHP introduced predictive modeling alerts to the home care industry. To date it alerts providers to patients that are at risk of hospitalizations and falls. It also automated the ability to identify patients that should be transferred to hospice services.

SHP provided national data from its proprietary database to the National Home Infusion Association (NHIA) for use with legislators to help secure additional reimbursement for services under Medicare Part B;

SHP conducted independent research for United Health Group to help evaluate the impact of technology in reducing acute care utilization for its at risk population;
