In the latest issue of Home Health Line (1/18/2016), Lynette Godhard, director of clinical operations, chief privacy and organizational integrity officer for Adventist Home Health in Silver Spring, Md., discusses the agency plans for this year.

The plan is to “focus on reducing readmission rates — one of the value-based measures — by drilling down into readmission data by referral source, she says. The agency plans on using Santa Barbara, Calif.-based Strategic Healthcare Solutions to use monthly reports on outcomes by clinician, as well as patient experience by clinician, Godhard says. She’ll use this information to provide feedback and education/recommendations to improve on given measures where needed”.
