Contracts/New Accounts Administrator

The Contracts/New Accounts Administrator will be the liaison between the contracts department and the fulfillment department. Candidate must be skilled in engaging with clients to assess and document needs as well as the internal fulfillment team to ensure accurate account set up.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing support in drafting a high volume of standard client agreements accurately.
  • Communicating with clients in a timely manner to gather necessary contract information.
  • Drafting contracts adhering to specific terms, conditions, rights, and obligations.
  • Managing client agreements (paperless) according to established file maintenance protocol. 
  • Establishing accounts and implementation workflow in integrated CRM systems accurately.
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:

  • Contract administration including drafting, management, and implementation.
  • Knowledge of contract terms, and verbiage.
  • Process and results driven.
  • Experience in legal field (preferred)
  • SaaS industry experience (preferred).
  • Healthcare industry experience (preferred).
  • Independent worker yet comfortable as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of Windows, MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) as well as adept at database functionality (MS Dynamics preferred).

Customer Account Manager

Under the supervision of the Director of Customer Management, the Customer Account Manager works in a team environment with other Customer Account Managers to proactively ensure high quality client management, support and compliance with SHP practices, HIPAA and other mandatory security and privacy regulations.

Under the supervision of the Director of Customer Management, the Customer Account Manager works in a team environment with other Customer Account Managers to proactively ensure high quality client management, support and compliance with SHP practices, HIPAA and other mandatory security and privacy regulations. 

The Customer Account Manager is responsible for:

  • Providing a rapid, efficient, and friendly response to Client inquiries via phone and  email.
  • Quickly and efficiently managing the client on-boarding process (fulfillment).
  • Initiate and host education based webinar courses via GoToMeeting.
  • Interfacing as necessary with software development engineers and operations staff to independently and proactively resolve any issues which delay client fulfillment or client support.
  • Effectively communicating with software developers, sales staff, healthcare clients, and vendors if issues arise and drive resolution of issues.
  • Maintaining a Client satisfaction rating of at least 95% consistently.
  • Maintaining a Client retention rate of at least 90% consistently.
  • Participating in product development planning, and serves as the voice of the Client to SHP management and development
  • Document and track all in progress and outstanding action items.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with all vendor partners.
  • Proactively identifying and solving issues with concerned clients, fostering a positive outcome.
  • Developing and monitoring compliance with systems, processes, etc.
  • Strictly adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Contributing to a positive, energetic, and culture-perpetuating team.
  • Fulfilling Client Support duties from 7am-4pm.
  • Assisting with client software installation and setup.
  • Working with Clients to quickly resolve issues with enthusiasm.
  • Using SQL for ad-hoc queries and reports for data analysis and troubleshooting purposes.
  • Completing special projects and other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Very strong organizational skills. Ability to organize, manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet specified deadlines.
  • Proficient in use of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Preferred proficiency in use of MS Dynamics or other CRM based software. SQL, MS Project, and MS Visio.
  • Adobe Photoshop experience is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent punctuality, attendance and work ethic.
  • Ability to follow instructions.

Customer Support Specialist

  • Providing triage support for SHP’s customer managers and Senior customer managers

  • Proactively identifying and solving issues with any dissatisfied clients, resulting in a positive outcome
  • Advising and directing clients in the use of the SHP program including web-based reporting and training tools
  • Strictly adhering to HIPAA guidelines
  • Contributing to a positive, energetic environment
  • Fulfilling Client Support duties from 7:00AM – 4:00PM

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate successfully across a wide variety of communication styles
  • Very strong organizational skills. Ability to organize, manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet specified deadlines
  • Professional and courteous telephone manner with emphasis on Client satisfaction
  • Must be comfortable with technology and able to learn quickly
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook). SQL, CRM (MS Dynamics preferably), Sharepoint, MS Project, MS Visio, Adobe Photoshop experience is a plus.
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot problems and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience in technology field preferred
  • Healthcare related experience a plus
  • Excellent punctuality, attendance and work ethic
