With the growing implementation of PDPM, Team TSI (now SHP) welcomes Greg Seiple as Vice President, Informatics. He is a powerful new weapon in our arsenal of industry experts. Greg has extensive experience with HCR ManorCare, Guardian and CareOne. As a registered nurse, Greg has wide-ranging proficiency on the clinical side of facility operations, which is augmented by his knowledge of clinical services. This hands-on experience is key to his 27 years of leadership in long-term care. Empowering teams throughout the industry, Greg adds his powerful voice to the analytical insight Team TSI (now SHP) provides.

Having worked as Senior Director and Vice President of multiple SNFs, Greg brings insight with automation, building processes while providing exceptional education. His expert level of quality processes, leadership, clinical outcomes, all within the everchanging regulatory environment within a multi-state structure will augment our team, empower our clients and help chart the course of long-term care in the future. With his experience with MDS, quality measures and Five Star Ratings, he has the know-how to help Team TSI (now SHP) grow. Directing multiple locations has given Greg leadership in the challenging aspects of state regulations. With his technological approach, his foundation in the clinical side, his wisdom moving into PDPM, and beyond, Greg will give our clients additional insight for the future.
